Walk a Mile on Her Shoes was a Success

1 in 3 women and 1 in 6 men will experience sexual violence in their lifetime. That means that there are numerous survivors here today. This impacts all of us and is a community problem. The need for our services continues to grow; the cases becoming more frequent and injuries more severe. By supporting YWCA’s Walk a Mile in Her Shoes Event, you are helping YWCA serve 3-5,000 people per year through our programs. Thank you for walking. You are sending the message that Enid will not tolerate abuse any longer. We must advocate for each other and the safety of our city.
